Awards of the College

​

The College of Practice Professors offers four college awards – the Learning Leadership Certification, the Diploma of Learning Leadership, the Industry Professor program and the Practice Professor program.

Learning Leadership Certification

The Learning Leadership Certification is a five module, 15 hour (normally delivered as five, three-hour workshops or a two-day intensive/residential program) short course which empowers you with the essential leadership development skills and knowledge necessary to drive capability development.

Diploma of Learning Leadership

The Diploma comprises six modules and a special one-day forum involving high-level speakers which is undertaken at the completion of the six modules. The diploma is offered in a number of variants which are described on the Programs Page. These options are variations of the Diploma which have been created to suit the needs of learning leaders at different stages of their careers. Studies in the Diploma are normally combined with College membership.

Practice Professor 

The appellation of Practice Professor is a college status, which is a leadership capability recognised in Australia and internationally and represents those who are at the peak of knowledge-based leadership in their industry or sector. It represents the highest level of achievement in the College.

Industry Professor

The College has develped an Industry Professor program to assist managers planning on engaging with the higher education sector. This program introduces university processes, the nature of leadership in a higher education institution and the roles in which you might contribute.
