Diploma Programs
The Diploma programs are the heart of the College's formal learning process. They are supported by the membership experiences and have been developed from extensive research which has created a comprehensive map of the capabilities necessary to be a learning leader. The programs develop staff key leadership capabilities by harnessing existing knowledge and professional experience, enabling the leader to be a mentor, guide employee development, and enhance existing employee leadership and development. These programs are specialised and designed for different professional needs, reflecting the participants' experience. They involve six sessions and are delivered in a small group face-to-face format. Lessons learnt from these modules provide the edge for driving innovation and capability development across the organisation.

In addition to completing the six Diploma modules, participation in a one-day forum, which includes high-level presenters, is required before the Diploma is awarded. These forums are normally offered twice per year.
